Andrea P. Miller, Ed.S.
is the founder and principal consultant of Twelve12 Group. She leverages two decades of K-12 secondary expertise to help small business owners and organizational leaders support, develop, and harness early career talent.
A first-generation Jamaican-American born and raised in Atlanta, Andrea graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Economics, Public Policy, and Marketing and began her career as a corporate account marketer.
She soon moved into education, spending more than 6 years as a math and social studies teacher and 14 years as an Instructional Coach. The last 10 years of her tenure STEM/STEAM Coordinator at South Atlanta High School, where she launched the school's STEM/STEAM initiative. Serving as the first and only person in the position, she led the school to Cognia national STEM certification in April 2022.
Her expertise spanned educator recruitment and retention, career pipeline development, curriculum design, professional development, strategic planning, and partnership building.

Andrea's influence extended throughout the Atlanta educational ecosystem, where she actively shaped K-12 STEM/STEAM initiatives and built diverse, inclusive career pipelines for historically underrepresented students of color. Her notable engagements included moderating the K-12 Computer Science Panel at the 2025 State of Atlanta Black Tech Ecosystem Summit and participating on panels at the 2019, 2020, and 2024 Atlanta Black Tech Ecosystem Summits, as well as presenting at Fulton County's Girls in Computer Science Workshop at Google's Atlanta office.
Today, Andrea uses her deep expertise in how people learn and how learning experiences directly impact workplace performance to help business owners and organizational leaders support and leverage their early career talent. Multigenerational workplaces are not new, but the youngest members of today’s workforce were shaped by societal and educational shifts that most leaders never had visibility into. The friction gets misread, and the talent gets underused.
Through her proprietary Talent Optimization System, she helps leaders diagnose the 14 barriers that suppress performance and build the 6 conditions that sustain organizational excellence. She delivers through strategy consulting, workshops, professional development, and speaking.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Andrea serves organizations of every size and sector. She remains an advocate for STEM access as well as workplace caregiving, speaking regularly on both.
