ABOUT TWELVE12 GROUP
The gap between where an organization is and where it could be is almost always a human one.
Organizations are hiring a generation they don't fully understand.
Early career professionals arrive capable and motivated, and within months something stalls. Managers describe them as hard to read, hard to retain, hard to develop. Young employees describe workplaces with unclear expectations and no real feedback. Both are describing the same breakdown from opposite sides.
The problem is rarely the talent. It is the conditions around the talent: roles that were never clearly defined, feedback systems that don't function, onboarding that ends before the learning starts, and managers who were promoted for their own performance and never taught to develop anyone else.
Twelve12 Group helps business owners and organizational leaders find those conditions and fix them, so early career talent performs at the level you hired it for.
MISSION
We build the conditions that let early career talent perform at the level it was hired for.
VISION
Workplaces where talent is recognized on arrival, not after it has proven itself twice.
CORE VALUES
EXCELLENCE
The standard is the work holding up after we leave the room.
INTENTION
Nothing we build is accidental. Every structure, session, and sentence is designed on purpose, for a reason we can say out loud.
EMPATHY
We start from the human conditions, not the org chart. People underperform for reasons, and those reasons deserve to be understood before they are solved.

FOUNDER
Twelve12 Group was founded by Andrea P. Miller, who spent more than twenty years in public education before bringing that work into the workplace. She started Twelve12 Group after seeing organizations make the same mistake with young professionals that schools so often make with young people: assuming potential will show up on its own.
